On this website you will get an overview of my Tai Chi lessons.
I teach the traditional Yang style of T’ai Chi Ch’uan according to Cheng Man Ching and Yang Cheng Fu.
Tai Chi is a gentle and safe form of exercise that is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Regardless of whether you are a beginner or already have experience in Tai Chi, I cordially invite you to get to know or deepen the art of Tai Chi in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The short form according to Cheng Man Ching
The complete short form only takes about 8 minutes and can be ideally integrated into your everyday life.
The short form lessons according to Cheng Man Ching are divided into five parts, each of which is taught in a 10-week group course:

| Short form: Part3 | Repeat the first two parts of the short form. Learn the full short form with its 37 positions. |
| Short form: correction | Deepen all three parts of the short form. Learn basic applications and partner exercises. |
The Long Form according to Fu Zhongwen
All three parts of the long form take approximately 24 minutes to complete.
Learning takes place in the following group courses, each consisting of ten exercise units:

The sword form1 according to Dr. Qi Jiang Tao
The form is divided into two parts and takes about 4 minutes in total. Participation in these courses requires the possession of a wooden or plastic Tai Chi practice sword.

The sword form2 according to Fu Zhongwen

The teaching unit
A teaching unit lasts 100 minutes and consists of alternating relaxation, meditation, energy and partner exercises, teaching the form, and a break in between.
Miscellaneous
In all courses, particular emphasis is placed on learning the respective form correctly in order to enable independent practice at home.
In the advanced courses, more work is done on the aspect of the internal execution of T'ai Chi Ch'uan.
Participation in all courses is at your own risk.
Please bring comfortable clothing.
